Overview

Sargsyan Ballroom
Located on the second floor, it can be sub-divided into two smaller rooms and has an overall area of 208 square metres and a seating capacity of 100 people. It is an ideal venue for organising medium-sized conferences or hosting receptions or gala dinner events.
Breakout Rooms
Adjacent to the ballroom, there are two breakout rooms which can accommodate 10 to 70 people.
Sargsyan I & II
The Sargsyan Rooms are ideal for gala dinners, business presentations and other major functions. Together, the Sargsyan Rooms comprise a total of 208 square metres. They can be divided into two separate soundproof rooms that can each host groups of up to 50 people theatre-style. The rooms open onto an enclosed 100 square metre pre-function space.

Schepkin & Ostrovsky
The main benefit of the Schepkin and Ostrovsky rooms is access to natural daylight. Both have high ceilings and are located on the hotel's second floor overlooking Neglinnaya Street. The Schepkin Room is ideal for small conferences, business breakfasts and upscale private lunches.

The Ostrovsky Room is the perfect setting for confidential board meetings or executive committee planning sessions with its capacity of 12 guests’ boardroom-style.

Halabyan I - V
Located on the third floor, the Halabyan Rooms are the perfect solution for holding small and medium-sized meetings. The discreet ambiance of the rooms provides an intimate aura of comfortable yet efficient surroundings. A number of adjoining meeting rooms can be combined for events and meetings requiring additional space. All the rooms, named after the famous architect, feature warm, elegant decor and spacious layouts.

Bibliotheque
Located on the top floor of the hotel the Bibliotheque, with its magnificent views over the city centre, is an exceptional setting for hosting high-level private parties and business functions. This impressive room can accommodate up to 30 guests for a cocktail, and 40 guests for dining.
