That my first experience with Hyatt was when I was 6 years old and my family was accommodated at the Grand Hyatt Singapore for a month during relocation. Apparently I took a great interest in housekeeping and was keen to help out!

All foreign nationals require a visa for entry in Russia. Visas must be obtained prior to arrival in Russia.
There are several types of visas: tourist, business, diplomatic and others. To obtain a visa, an invitation from a Russian organisation (or foreign organisation based in Russia) must be registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will then send the visa, issuing instructions to the local consulate or embassy. Fees and issuance times vary according to the purpose of the visit to Russia.
For guests staying at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, the hotel's reservation department will provide a visa support letter, enabling guests to request the issue of a tourist visa at their local Russian consulate.
For accurate and up-to-date information on visas and documentation required to support your visa application, contact your nearest Russian embassy or consulate.

Concierge at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow
Member of “Les Clefs d’Or”
Meet Ms. Julia Bortnikova, the Concierge of Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, Member of “Les Clefs d’Or”.
I remember my first visit impression of a 5 Star hotel from my childhood as if it was yesterday: I was astonished at the beautiful ladies at the welcome desk; their impeccable uniform and flawless manners. Ever since, I had been dreaming of working in that sparkling mysterious world of a hotel. Now, having 12 years of experience at the Concierge Services behind, I proudly say that I am happy to meet people from all over the globe every day and have my personal impact on them discovering my city.
What's the most important thing you learned about travel?
Location makes the difference. It is essential to choose the right spot from where you are going to discover the city. I personally follow Park Hyatt addresses as they are always best located in terms of major attractions, best restaurants, primary boutiques and shopping galleries.
What is your favorite cultural place to walk to from your hotel?
The Red Square. Being just few minutes’ walk from this well-renowned attraction, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy the promenade after working day along with people from all over the world, talking snapshots of beautiful architecture and historical heritage on your way.
You have $15 to spend on lunch, where would you eat? If you had $500?
There is Canteen 57 in a shopping mall GUM on a Red Square which takes you back to USSR. Take a tray and cutlery and walk through the set of pre-cooked dishes ala Soviet Cuisine. It is fast and delicious, though be prepared to face a line as it is becoming a notorious place, especially in a lunch time. On a contrast, you may pursuit yourself in the atmosphere of Mediterranean Resort when dining in La Mare Restaurant. South France region had cultivated a new oyster type and called Kremlevskaya. You may also catch a glimpse of posh Moscow of 90ths there.
What have guests been asking about lately? What kind of experiences are they looking for?
Guests preferences had changed significantly within few years. In line with visiting traditional sites people show more interest in deeper understanding of Russia, its glorious past and present day. The well-known classical Russian literature attracts people to see Leo Tolstoy house-museum or Maxim Gorky estate; the greatest technical achievements of the USSR can be explored in Moscow Space Museum and Monino Aviation Museum; rich theatrical life of the city can hardly leave anyone indifferent. The more people get to know about Russia – the friendlier it opens to them – the more they are motivated to come back.
If you could learn to create one dish at the hotel restaurant, what would it be?
No doubt, Kamchatka Crab bruschetta – one of our signature dishes. It is absolutely delicious and the right dish to impress others with almost no efforts once you know Chief’s secret!
What is your favorite piece of artwork in the hotel?I like the idea to capture the “Jazz” mode in a Kind Of Blues collection by contemporary artist Konstantine Inal-Ipa that we have on the second floor of the hotel. On canvas, colour and rhythm, the beat and the interval compositions sound as if the paint became musical sounds.
Is there an interesting fact about your hotel that many people don't know?
If one looks a little closer to the hotel exterior, they can spot a cone-shaped tower. There are only few people who knows that it is a genuine Armenian Chapel. Dressed with white marble, it has an icon of Virgin Mary where once can light a candle and offer prayers. It is ideal for a sacrament of a baptism or a wedding ceremony among close family and friends members. It is open for all kind of Christianity as Armenian Path is Gregorian type from where all kind of Christianity deriving from.
Tell us about a rare and unique experience you have curated for guests in your location.
That was a truly experience. I had to arrange a beautiful present from one of our guest to her daughter who used to be a ballerina in the past. There was a private tour of the Bolshoi Theatre backstage followed by a surprise participation in Bolshoi ballerina’s class. Specifically for that part, we had to discreetly research for the girl’s favorite music, uniform preferences and the size as well as physical ability. Moreover, she had an opportunity to watch the last pre-run of the entire ballet before the performance that night. A particular heart-touching hint was to get her the original Bolshoi pointes as a compliment. That was of those events when you feel a part of someone’s lifetime experience and it lifts your spirit so high.
Is there one other Park Hyatt hotel and resort in particular you love or are dying to visit?
I have been truly in love with Park Hyatt brand and it is hard to highlight one particular property I love the most. However, if I have to pick one to visit, I would name Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa. It is so serene with nature being close to Paradise perception of humans; at the same time it meets the latest technologies to create maximum comfort.
