An exclusive one-time tour to La Maree fish market

On the edge of summer Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is treating the guests to an exclusive experience at La Maree fish market.

The day will begin with a light morning breakfast at the hotel, then the guests will be transferred to La Maree fish market where they will explore the freshest fish in town and taste some sea-food specialties prepared by Executive Chef Sebastian Kellerhoff, paired with a glass of Champagne. After the guided tour, guests will choose their own fish from the tank and will be transferred back to Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow to continue the festival day at a special Master Class with Executive Chef where the guests will prepare and cook their fish.

The day will end with a lunch at the Conservatory Lounge & Bar starring delicious self-prepared fish complemented by a selection of wines from our sommelier Sergei Tashkinov.

Date of the festival: 27 May 2016, Friday, 11.00 am to 3.00 pm


Price for the festival day at La Maree fish market and special cooking class at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is 5,500 per person.

The price includes transfer from the hotel to the market and back, all food and beverages.
