We invite you to join our series of Masters of Food events, interactive culinary and beverage experiences that offer area residents and visiting gourmands a chance to connect with and acquire skills from our award-winning chefs and sommeliers, professional chocolatiers, craft brew masters, local farmers, tea producers and more.
Sebastian Kellerhoff, Executive Chef of Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, together with company Castello de Canena invite the guests to experience the spring series of Masters of Food & Wine festival. The festival will be dedicated to traditional Spanish products - olive oil and jamon.
From the 13th through the 19th of April Conservatory Lounge & Bar will offer its guests enjoy the flavour of classic Spanish delicacies paired with Spanish wines. Thus, you can appreciate the magnificent combination of paella with lobster bisque and olive oil "Castello de Canena royal”, which has the original flavour with hints of artichoke and mint; lamb chops with potatoes and chickpeas, covered in romesco sauce, and with the addition of pomegranate seeds in a wonderful duet with smoked olive oil. Specially crafted dessert made of chocolate, olive oil, mint and almonds will leave a pleasant aftertaste.
On Wednesday, the 15th of April, guests can experience a one-time special sit-down dinner and master class. During the evening guests will compare several samples of extra virgin olive oils, while at the master class the guests will dicover how to distinguish real olive oils from their imitations.
The cost of the master class including dinner and beverages is 4,500 rubles per person.
