Auténtica Cocina Mexicana at the Conservatory Lounge & Bar

 

Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow invites you to experience our summer session of Masters of Food & Wine festival dedicated to traditional Mexican cuisine presented by Hyatt Regency Mexico City Chef Jose Luis Meija. Beginning 23 June through 6 July guests may enjoy a full selection of authentic Mexican cuisine known for its simplicity and originality.

 

Various sauces and chili pepper are signature flavours of this cuisine. Jose Luis prepares iconic guacamole and tacos, red snapper fillet a la Veracruzana, chicken with original sauce Mole Poblano, traditional dessert Three Milk and other Mexican classics.

 

Our partner Transaero Tour offers a special prize for guests of the Conservatory Lounge & Bar – win two return tickets to Cancun. One of the desserts conceals a hidden treasure from the Chef, any guest who finds it becomes the winner.
