Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine Upcoming Events
Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at Park Hyatt locations worldwide. Through engaging interactive events, area residents and visiting gourmands can engage with our award-winning chefs, sommeliers and specialists.
For the last event this year, Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow discovers a variation of vodka that was not allowed to be produced in Russia since 1895. Polugar, or ‘bread wine’, is a historical Russian spirit with a bread flavor that is gaining popularity again. It is made from selected grains, distilled in copper pot stills and can be infused with different flavors. From Nov 2nd till 15th, in our Conservatory Lounge & Bar, you can taste different variants, such as barley, rye, garlic & pepper. The Executive Chef Sebastian Kellerhoff has created a special menu with traditional Russian dishes that pair perfectly to each variant.
A master class with the Brand Ambassador of Polugar will be organized on Nov 10th, giving the guests the opportunity to learn more about the process of making Polugar and its fascinating history. Participants will receive the new Park Hyatt Culinary book to enjoy at home. Price per person will be RUB 4900.
