We invite you to join our series of Masters of Food events, interactive culinary and beverage experiences that offer area residents and visiting gourmands a chance to connect with and acquire skills from our award-winning chefs and sommeliers, professional chocolatiers, craft brew masters, local farmers, tea producers and more.
For our first Masters of Food & Wine event in 2015, we focus on a typical Russian food item: Russian Pirozhki.
During one week, from Monday 2 till Sunday 8 February 2015, we will feature a special selection of Russian Pirzohki in most of our restaurants.
A special menu will be prepared in our Conservatory Lounge & Bar, Neglinka Lounge and Room Service, with a wide selection of different Pirozhki’s for our guests to choose from.
On Thursday 5 February, our Executive Chef Sebastian Kellerhoff will host a master class where guests can learn and participate in the creation of different Pirozhki’s. Following the master class, these creations will then feature throughout a 3-course classical Russian menu, served with Russian beverages.
