Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine Upcoming Events

Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at Park Hyatt locations worldwide.  Through engaging interactive events, area residents and visiting gourmands can engage with our award-winning chefs, sommeliers and specialists. 


Executive Chef Sebastian Kellerhoff invites guests to celebrate a traditional Carnival – similar to Russian Maslenitsa – a merry winter celebration before the fasting. A special festival menu will be available  from 4th through 10th February.

Guests are invited to enjoy classic Rheinlaendische delicacies during the week at the Conservatory Lounge & Bar. Tartarigel, Sauerbraten, Krüstchen and Krapfen to name a few, will be served with German beer and home-made gluehwein. German a Carnival music will compliment this traditional celebration!

On the 7th of February guests are welcome to join our special Carnival Sunday Brunch to enjoy the atmosphere of a German feast.
